Event Overview

Much like local running races, this is a morning event that brings together hundreds of cyclists of all levels to enjoy a ride through Vancouver and Burnaby and raise money to support mental health services in our community.

Each rider will register in advance with limited same day registration on-site. Then at 9:30am Vancouver’s own Taiko Drummers will send off the riders on their selected routes. Our ride marshalls and volunteers will guide and encourage our riders along the way. The average time will be approximately 1.5 hours for the 20km route and approximately 3 hours for the 50km. However, each rider will have a map that will highlight some short cuts should they choose to head back earlier.

All riders are expected to wear a helmet, follow the rules of the road and ride safely.
